CASW: Environment Safety

YYC takes its commitment to responsible environmental stewardship seriously, with programs in place to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reuse de-icing fluid, manage waste responsibly, and support our local economy by purchasing local and environmentally sensitive products.

Who: YYC Airport, Inland Group and WestJet Airlines

When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Arrivals Level of the Domestic Terminal by the water fountain and Door 3.

This event is a collaboration between Calgary Airport Authority’s Safety Crew and Environmental team, Inland Group and WestJet Airlines.

This is the fourth year The Calgary Airport Authority is teaming up with 28 other airports to celebrate Canadian Airports Safety Week (CASW), from June 17-21. We’re running events each day to raise awareness about the importance of safety.
