Rebbka pays close attention to guests
For nearly eight years, Rebbka has been providing excellent customer service at YYC, and that hasn’t changed because of COVID-19. When a mask prevents her from smiling at someone, eye contact is a how she makes a connection. And when it's difficult to recognize a confused or lost face, she pays extra close attention to their body language so she can be ready to lend a helping hand. Our Customer Care Ambassadors are in the terminal to make the travel experience for our passengers better.
