Franklin is walking into a shiny retirement after two decades at YYC.

Franklin is shining his last shoe soon before jetting off into retirement! Today, we are recognizing the countless laughs, smiles, and shiny shoes that Franklin has shared with the guests and staff of YYC.

For two decades, he's embodied the spirit of western hospitality and created memorable experiences for guests. His warm and welcoming presence will be dearly missed.

In honour of his outstanding service and the joy he's brought to all of us, we're presenting Franklin with a well-deserved Certificate of Appreciation. Thank you, Franklin, for your dedication, style, and the countless shoeshines that brightened not only shoes, but our days!
